All Pawremi memorial products are carefully prepared before shipment.
Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Customized or made-to-order memorial products may require additional preparation time.
Orders are primarily shipped from our fulfillment facilities in Guangzhou and Chaozhou, Guangdong, China.
Certain items may ship from trusted partner facilities depending on inventory availability and destination country.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.

During holidays, severe weather events, or customs congestion, processing and delivery times may be longer than estimated.

Orders meeting the applicable shipping threshold listed above qualify for standard shipping at no additional shipping charge.

Oversized, heavy, fragile, or highly customized memorial products may require additional shipping charges even if the order subtotal meets the standard shipping threshold.
If multiple shipping addresses are used, each shipment is calculated separately.
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or handling fees imposed by the destination country.

These charges are NOT included in product prices or shipping fees unless explicitly stated at checkout.
Customers are solely responsible for any customs duties, VAT, import taxes, brokerage fees, or related charges required by local authorities.
Pawremi is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures.
After shipment:
A tracking number will be sent to your email address.
Tracking updates may require 24–72 hours to appear depending on the carrier.
Customers may track shipments through the carrier website or our order tracking page.
Please carefully review your shipping address before placing your order.
If you notice an error, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order.
Once an order has been shipped:
Address changes may not be possible.
Additional re-delivery or re-shipping fees may apply.
Pawremi is not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
If your package appears delayed, lost, or damaged during transit, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.
However, Pawremi cannot be held responsible for:
Shipping delays caused by customs or carriers
Packages marked as delivered but subsequently lost or stolen
Failed delivery attempts caused by unavailable recipients
Delays resulting from force majeure events
If customers choose to use third-party forwarding companies, package consolidation services, freight forwarders, or warehouse transfer services, Pawremi’s responsibility ends once the package has been successfully delivered to the forwarding address provided by the customer.
We are not responsible for loss, damage, or delays occurring after delivery to the forwarding service.
